What You'll be doing
  • Responsible for leading end-to-end user experience roadmap for Digital medical products across Baxter's Acute Kidney Care Segment
  • Able to elicit clear, actionable product requirements and MVPs based on high level user needs while clearly communicating minimal needs, costs and timelines.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive digital product roadmap demonstrating incremental and quantifiable customer impact
  • Identifying, leading and maintaining external product development vendors by establishing clear success criteria and leading buy vs build proposals based on product needs
  • Drives communication with Commercial partners, external key opinion leaders and internal partners to identify optimal product path.
  • Resolve opposing constraints between functions required to deliver products to market.
  • Provide team leadership among technical leaders and product owners to drive robust solutions to meet business needs.
What You'll bring
  • Experienced in medical software industry working with both regulated and non-regulated products on a global scale such as IEC 62304 and TIR 57.
  • Demonstrated experience working with external and internal team members to resolve product requirements and convert into actionable minimum viable solutions
  • Demonstrates innovative spirit and inspiring others to take calculated risks towards bettering the customer's experience.
  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or related field
  • 14+ years related experience.

Preferred Experience

  • Demonstrated technical expertise and domain experience and experience
  • Understanding of regulated Healthcare industry. E.g. An understanding of FDA design controls requirements is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in regulated medical device company.
  • Exposure to medical-focused analytics is a plus

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $152,000 to $209,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
