Information About Carson Tahoe Transitional Rehabilitation Center:
Located at 1001 Mountain Street in beautiful Carson City, NV, Carson Tahoe Transitional Rehabilitation Center is licensed for 80 beds of rehabilitation and transitional care. If you are looking for a work environment that is brand new, that has the latest and greatest resources, we are where you want to be. We opened our doors in March of 2019 and having been serving the community at a high level since then. Our community is big, bright, open, and full of energy. The programming we offer our residents is comprehensive, which helps create a positive and engaging community.

Long-Term CareWorks' CNA Apprenticeship a year-long, no cost program that will give you the training and support you need to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
