ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Mix and dispense beverages for guests according to established recipes and procedures. Take drink orders from servers and process drink orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Operate and balance computer cash drawer and take payment from guest(s) when assigned. Properly process transactions, involving cash, credit card or other forms of payment.
  3. Adhere to all state, county, and federal regulations, and the Company's internal controls, policies & procedures.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all assigned service areas and storage areas.
  5. Maintain stock on all beverage and bar service items and replenish as required.
  6. Must have ability to pour a high volume of drinks.
  7. Must be knowledgeable about beers, liquors and beer/liquor trends and be able to relate that knowledge to the consumer.
  8. Must follow the Customer Service model at all times.
  9. Other related duties as assigned by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

None.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

Regular attendance required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required. Six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to work with the public, presenting a clean, courteous image.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must be able to maintain a current Health Card or other required certifications as required by geographical area of the property.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Must be able to operate Point-of-Sale system accurately.

REASONING ABILITY

Planning, Remembering Details, Using Arithmetic, Reading, Discriminating Colors, Working rapidly, Working at Various Tempos, Concentrating Amid Distractions, Remembering Names & Faces, Examining & Observing Details.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Standing, Walking, Reaching, Kneeling, Carrying, Pulling, Hearing, Lifting 35 lbs., Bending/Stooping, Observing, Stretching, Pushing, Turning, Balancing, Smelling.
