ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Operate electronic cash register system to accurately and immediately account for payment transactions and transports monies to and from the main credit cage.
  2. Stocks, vacuums, and keeps merchandise neatly displayed.
  3. Is knowledgeable on all items carried in the retail venue.
  4. Conducts inventory as needed.
  5. Assists in new visual display layout.
  6. Relieves other team members for breaks.
  7. Handles customer complaints and special requests, informs supervisor immediately of unresolved customer issues.
  8. Assists with on-the-job training with Retail Clerks.
  9. Perform all job functions in conjunction with the guidelines described in the Standard Operating Procedures manual to ensure consistent execution of company and department standards.
  10. Must follow the Customer Service Model at all times.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

None.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Regular attendance required. Must be 21+.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s).

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, and POS systems required

REASONING ABILITY

Planning, Remembering Details, Using Arithmetic, Reading, Directing Others, Making Decisions, Working Rapidly, Working at Various Tempos, Concentrating Amid Distractions, Remembering Names and faces, Examining and Observing Details.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Standing, Walking, Reaching, Kneeling, Carrying, Pulling, Lifting 40lbs, Sitting, Bending/Stooping, Observing, Stretching, Pushing, Turning, Balancing.
